Hunilht’ih, Hello
With over a decade of experience in counseling and mental wellness, I support individuals and families through a culturally grounded approach rooted in Tsilhqot'in traditions.
My practice incorporates Indigenous teachings and traditional healing methods, offering a safe space for self-expression, including hand poke tattoo sessions for personal empowerment.
As a certified professional in Indigenous-focused therapy and life coaching, I blend somatic teachings with narrative therapy to honour clients' stories and heritage.
I am dedicated to fostering healing and resilience, empowering communities to thrive through holistic mental wellness.

My Story
As a Tsilhqot'in healer, I am inspired by the resilient women of my community, Xeni Gwet’in. My heritage blends Tsilhqot'in roots with English, Scottish, and Irish settler ancestry. Growing up in a remote area, I learned the importance of community and tradition from my ?inkwel Francy (mother) , a residential school survivor, and my ?etsu Lucy Xinlhi (grandmother). Their legacy motivates me to support our people's well-being and create spaces for healing and connection, empowering others while honouring our cultural traditions.
